i was just late by 2 mins today,
and im extremely pleased with myself.

came to work and headed to my fave spot alone, and guess what?
it was rather windy this morning,
and as i breathe in the fresh morning air,
it felt so good.
felt really serene.
and im freed.

ytd was a damn happening day!

i headed off with cherie and xuewen after work to clementi to take a train down to our respective destinations.
cherie to esplanade,
xuewen to town,
and me to bugis.
camwhored on the bus to clementi as well on the MRT.

cherie's friends boarded the train we took at their stops and then the initial 3 turned into a total of 5 eventually.

i reached bugis at 7 coming to 8 and i met linda!
i was so in the mood for shopping can!
i walked ard bugis street hoping to grab some cheap buys, but ended up disappointed.
grrr.
so i went to bugis junction to try to get sth at least, to satisfy my shopping desires.
and guess what?
i didnt get anything.
ARGH!
totally pissed.
rushed ard for 2 hours going home empty handed.
pfft.
linda got shoes for herself though.
bahh.
and, we took neoprints!
ha we felt like total retards bcos its benn ages since we both took this kinda machine prints.

then our stomachs started growling.

i realised it was close to 10 already!
so we went to aijisen for some ramen.
was so yummy-licious!
damn filling as well.
and i came up with a cock idea of walking to mustafa centre.

and our adventure started.
camwhoring all the way there.
asking almost every other person we saw for directions.. :p
it was my 1st time walking in mustafa centre!

we were really excited!

linda just laughed and giggled.
and not forgetting about the zillion times she complained about the smell there.

there was this uncle who's damn cute.
but i didnt manage to capture a shot of him,
only remembered his conversation with me and linda.

me: hello uncle, do you know how to walk to mustafa centre?
uncle: orh! mustafa. there! *points to a direction faraway*
me: okay! tt way? thanks!

me: huh? what 7 roads? then we walk straight or cross the road right in front?
uncle: 7 roads 7 roads!
me: ??? *gives a very confused face* and points to across the road and straight ahead.
uncle: aiyah, 7 roads!
me: I DUNNO!
linda: i know i know. he says cross 7 roads.
me: what the hell? then now do we walk ahead or cross this road first?
linda: both also okay, but i think we should cross.
me: then what 7 roads?
uncle: 7 roads 7 roads! *in a semi impatient tone*
linda: uncle, we know already. thanks.
