insomnia

this is the first time im suffering from insomnia. and i know how bad it is to be suffering from it.



i realised that i couldnt sleep for 4 hours. a whole of 4 hours! can you imagine! it was really bad. i cried and kicked, and lay there for so many hours but stil failed to sleep.



i feel nauseous. im ill. fucking ill.



it was like my gastric pain was killing me. i felt damn bloated and feverish, with a tight clench on my chest area. i wish i'll get well soon. im tired. and sick of working..



looks like i might have to reconsider about plans tonight. sigh.



gonna try to get some decent sleep.
